Miller Gaffney ’02 and Carol Lee Pryor Brosseau ('03) host "Art Breakers,"" that premieres on Sunday night on Ovation the cable channel. It focuses on their careers as art brokers who help connect collectors, artists and buyers. Four episodes were created by the couple and will air for the entire month of October beginning Sunday, October 4, at 7pm Central. Ovation hosts more than 50 million subscribers. They also provide support to artists through the OvationDigital Arts Network. They hope to get the green signal to film more. Baylor was an institution where I made numerous friends who have shaped my life. Karen Pope, Art History Department. I took a lot of my classes in my major under Dr. Pope, and traveled with her to Paris and Chicago to examine art. It was a wonderful experience to learn about art with her. I can remember her saying that art history was a vast puzzle and that we must constantly search for the correct pieces. My father owned the car dealership, which meant that I had to work there during the summer. I was a mechanic's aid changing oil and brakes pads in the summer.
